Airco.
On many modern workboats you find airco's to keep the wheelhouse cool and so there is one made for the Arca from 1 mm polystyrol.
As a example I used the one my neighbours have.
The original.
The parts for the airco.
Drilling the big hole for the grille, first with a wooddrill and then with a speciale hole drill.
The grille for behind the hole of the airco. The mash wire is layed on the fresly spray painted polystyrol and it is glued to the plate.
The grille is inside the airco.
The grille is glued to the bottomplate.
The ouside fits tightly over the grille and then rest on the bottomplate.
Fitted on the roof of the wheelhouse.
The connections for supplies and coolant are in place.
